    • Fast operation: the whole memory can be filled or read in 262176 cycles (Quad-I/O SPI)
    • XHOLD and XWP pins
    • Up to 36 MHz SPI clock speed
  • Industrial temperature range from -40°C to +85°C
  • Pb-Free and RoHS-compliant package
