VS8053 is laser fused VS1053. The laser bits disable MP3, WMA, AAC and Midi decoders.

  • Stereo earphone driver capable of driving a 30­ load
  • Quiet power-on and power-off
  • I2S interface for external DAC
  • Separate voltages for analog, digital (Note: CVDD=1.8V), I/O
  • On-chip RAM for user code and data
  • SPI flash boot for special applications
  • New functions may be added with software and upto 8 GPIO pins
